MRI-DT, S.A. de C.V. is a Small Mexican Company which was established on November 19, 2004. One of its major objectives is the Research and Development “R&D” for the Pending Patent: PCT/MX 2003/000105 “Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Device”, for treatment and it cure of the cancer and the HIV/AIDS.

The company is accredited by the Registro Nacional de Instituciones y Empresas Científicas y Tecnológicas "RENIECYT" (national register of scientific and technologic institutions and companies) at the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología "CONACYT" (national counsel of science and technology) (under the registration No. 5195). Although we dispose of a Novel Scientific Proposal, a high potential of Know-how and Specialized Human Resources, there is a lack of Governmental and Institutional support as well as Private Capital in our country, wherefore the results obtained have been rather limited. 

We would carry out the respective Research and Development “R&D” in any country which is willing to offer the necessary support. Nevertheless, we could carry out this research at a Mexican University which possesses the appropriate installations according to international standards. However, we do not count on the necessary capital to acquire the respective equipment. With the aid of this equipment, we could demonstrate that we are able to effectively antagonize the respective pandemics in less than five years.

Due to the aforementioned facts, our Company requires funds and/or financial resources –e.g. from Institutions, Foundations, Non-Governmental Organizations “NGO”, Physical Persons etc. – in order to cover the expenses of a respective Research and Development “R&D".
